Company Overview: Intersig was founded in 2001 by a group of local shareholders, who were licensed for non-life insurance in the Republic of Albania. On August 24th 2011 Vienna Insurance Group signed an agreement in Tirana to take a majority stake of Intersig sha. VIG Group currently holds 90% of shares in Intersig VIG. This process increased the company’s equity, quality and staff qualifications.
