Company Overview: American Bank of Investments was created after the purchase of Credit Agricole Albania from Tranzit Finance in 2015 (a portfolio company of the U.S. private equity fund NCH Capital www.nchcapital.com). This acquisition was a success story in the banking market of Albania, followed by the acquisition of Banka NBG Albania in 2018, becoming in this way the sixth largest bank in the Albanian market.

The American Chamber of Commerce in Albania was accredited by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, USA, in June 2003. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is the world’s largest business organization representing the interests of more than 3 million businesses of all sizes, sectors, and regions.
