As part of the AmCham Albania Door-Knock Mission to Washington, D.C., the AmCham, in partnership with the Embassy of the Republic of Albania hosted an exclusive Business Reception bringing together representatives from the Albanian delegation, U.S. institutions, businesses, and key stakeholders.
The reception served as an important platform for networking, dialogue, and the development of new business relationships between Albanian and American companies, while showcasing Albania’s growing potential as a destination for investment and strategic partnerships.
Opening remarks were delivered by Neritan Mullaj, Executive Director of AmCham Albania, Grant Van Cleve, President of AmCham Albania, and H.E. Ervin Bushati, Ambassador of the Republic of Albania to the United States.
The event welcomed a diverse group of participants from the public and private sectors, including representatives of U.S. companies, media organizations, technology and innovation firms, financial institutions, and regional stakeholders. Among the attendees were representatives from companies operating in the artificial intelligence sector with interest in expanding into the Western Balkans, firms specializing in airport and defense-related technologies, as well as representatives from the bank sector.
Throughout the evening, participants exchanged views on investment opportunities, innovation, technology, regional cooperation, and the growing economic ties between Albania and the United States.
