Komiteti Ligjor, Rregullator & Pronësia Intelektuale ka organizuar takimin e parë pas zgjedhjeve për Komitete, ku është prezantuar Kryetarja Albana Karapanço, Nënkryetari Ened Topi dhe grupi i punës i përbërë nga ekspertë dhe profesionistë të fushës.
Takimi është përshëndetur nga Presidenti i Dhomës Amerikane të Tregtisë, z. Enio Jaço i cili ka theksuar rëndësinë që ka për proçeset lobuese të Dhomës ky Komitet dhe i ka nxitur të draftojnë një strategji dhe plan pune për vitin që do t’i shërbejë edhe raportimit periodik në Bord.
Anëtarët e Komitetit kanë diskutuar mbi objektivat dhe çështjet themelore ku duhet të fokusohet Komiteti gjatë 2023, duke përmendur si më të rëndësishmet lobimin për ligjet e reja që prekin aktivitetin e biznesit, avancimin e rekomandimeve të Axhendës së Investimeve, me theksin veçanërisht tek lufta kundër korrupsionit, proçesi i konsultimit publik, etj.
Tema të tjera si siguria kibernetike, çështjet e Pronësisë Intelektuale, elementë të ligjit të konkurrencës dhe mbrojtjes së të dhënave personale, do të jenë pjesë e planit të këtij Komiteti gjatë 2023.

The Legal, Regulatory & IPR Committee following the Committee elections has organized the first meeting introducing the Chair Albana Karapanço, the Vice-chair Ened Topi, and the working group composed of experts and professionals in the field.
The President of AmCham Albania Mr. Enio Jaço welcomed the meeting and emphasized the support this Committee can offer to AmCham’s lobbying processes, urging them to draft a strategy and work plan for the year that will be a good support even for the periodic reporting to the Board.
The members of the Committee have discussed the objectives and the fundamental issues that the Committee should focus on during 2023, mentioning as the most important the lobbying for new laws that affect business activity, the advancement of the recommendations of the Investment Agenda emphasizing the fight against corruption, the public consultation process, etc.
Other topics such as cyber security, Intellectual Property issues, elements of competition law, and personal data protection, will be part of the plan of this Committee during 2023.
