AmCham and Facilization discuss
Automation and digitization of business processes
The American Chamber of Commerce in Albania, in cooperation with Facilization, offered members of the AmCham community a workshop on “Automation and Digitization of Marketing, Sales and Customer Service.”
The adverse effects of the pandemic have led to the need to digitize many business processes to remain competitive in the market. For this reason, this workshop was interesting and kept participating members engaged.
At the workshop, Facilization General Manager Gjergji Guri and his staff discussed with members the opportunities and challenges related to the digitization of marketing, sales and customer support services for medium and large enterprises. The training focused on explaining best practices and technological solutions for business process management and various customer relationship management tools that can be easily used by businesses in many sectors of the economy.
The workshop presenters also provided a summary of the obstacles and challenges faced by different businesses and the available opportunities and digital tools.
Mr. Guri explained to AmCham members what it means to implement a digital transformation of a company, what processes undergo digitization and how a company can adapt to rapid change and reshape its customer relationships.
Companies that implement the digitization process often face lack of knowledge, unskilled staff and, above all, a low number of opportunities to adopt digital changes in the business.
Speaking about the digital transformation, Mr. Guri explained that the digitization of processes enables a business to create a new type of flow in its processes and to respond quickly and on time to the needs of clients and as a result, remain competitive in the marketplace.
