The members of AmCham Albania held a meeting with the Deputy Chief Registrar of the Central Immovable Property Registration Office, Mr. Enis Hoxha, on issues related to property registration, verification of ownership titles, and completion of the launched procedures as to identify the key areas for the Strategic Investment Support Fund.
The Business Forum enabled the participants to receive an update on how the property registration process is proceeding throughout the country and how the coastline property registration in particular is being carried out. Further, the Forum established a venue for the attending members to discuss directly with the Deputy Chief Registrar and his team on issues they face with IPRDOs.
