The Young Entrepreneur & Innovation Committee (YEIC) of AmCham Albania is dedicated to supporting young Albanian entrepreneurs and innovators by connecting them with the transatlantic business community. Through mentorship, knowledge exchange, and collaboration with AmCham members and strategic partners, the committee fosters an ecosystem that promotes innovation, integrity, and leadership.

Throughout 2025–2026, YEIC will focus on empowering young professionals by strengthening their leadership and digital skills, expanding networking opportunities, and facilitating international cooperation. The committee will also actively engage with public institutions and contribute to policy dialogue aimed at improving the environment for startups and innovation in Albania.

By organizing training activities, mentorship programs, and international initiatives, YEIC seeks to build a dynamic and sustainable community of young entrepreneurs, helping them grow and enhance their competitiveness in an evolving market.
