This expansion has significantly increased the resort's capacity, bringing the total number of rooms to 190, ensuring a more comprehensive offering for guests. Since 2023, the hotel has been operating under the brand "Sol Tropikal" and managed by Melia Hotels International, offering Albania a premier experience in the hospitality industry.
