The “Legal, Regulatory & IPR” Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce chaired by Mr. Kledi Kodra, organized a Business Forum with the Chief Inspector of State Inspectorate for Marke Surveliance, Ms. Valbona Jaupllari and her staff to talk about the methodology and rules on which will be carried out the inspection for industrial products in the market as well as on the protection of industrial and intellectual rights.
The President of AmCham, Mr. Mark Crawford, spoke about the importance of Inspection and the regulatory role in protecting business and consumer rights. The meeting had the interest of the members on the way in which inspections will be carried out, and what they should consider.
