Neritan holds a University Diploma in Finance and MSc in Economics from the University of Reykjavik in Iceland. Enio Jaco is a business executive with 2 decades of professional experience in the Western Balkans, US and Central Asia. He specializes in economic development and enterprise growth. In 2019 he became President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Albania. He works closely with the business community, the Government and international partners to improve the business climate in Albania. Enio is the founder and CEO of Creative Business Solutions (CBS), a leading business consulting and economic development firm with expertise in financial and investments. Enio started his career in banking in the US, where he worked as Manager at American Express and then as Vice President at J.P.Morgan Chase. He later returned to Albania, where he first worked at Raiffeisen bank and later focused his career in economic development. Enio worked as a senior International Advisor with Development Alternatives Incorporated (DAI), a global development firm based in Washington, D.C. He served for 2 years in Afghanistan where he led ADF, a $100M Investment fund in Agriculture and SME.
