Marr\u00ebveshja u n\u00ebnshkrua nga Drejtori Ekzekutiv i Dhom\u00ebs Amerikane z.Neritan Mullaj dhe nga Drejtori P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i Komanduar i DPPI   znj.Maria Solis Kapidani.  Ky bashk\u00ebpunim \u00ebsht\u00eb rezultat i nj\u00eb qasjeje t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur bizneset n\u00eb procesin e njohjes, mbrojtjes dhe promovimit t\u00eb aseteve t\u00eb tyre q\u00eb lidhen me inovacionin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb nj\u00eb treg gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb konkurrues, t\u00eb drejtat e pron\u00ebsis\u00eb industriale \u2013 p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb markat tregtare, patentat p\u00ebr shpikje, modelet e p\u00ebrdorimit\u2013 jan\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb pasuri strategjike p\u00ebr \u00e7do sip\u00ebrmarrje. AmCham dhe DPPI duke njohur r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e ruajtjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtyre aseteve p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebveshjeje do t\u00eb bashk\u00ebrendojn\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar m\u00eb shum\u00eb informacion, mb\u00ebshtetje praktike dhe mund\u00ebsi zhvillimi p\u00ebr bizneset shqiptare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marr\u00ebveshja parashikon nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb veprimesh konkrete,  ofrimin e konsulenc\u00ebs teknike p\u00ebr bizneset an\u00ebtare t\u00eb AmCham nga ekspert\u00ebt e DPPI-s\u00eb, organizimin e trajnimeve profesionale dhe sesioneve informuese p\u00ebr temat q\u00eb lidhen me pron\u00ebsin\u00eb industrial,  zhvillimin e tryezave t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta me aktor\u00ebt e tregut p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar sfidat dhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb si edhe nxitjen e projekteve t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar nd\u00ebrmarrjet t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e regjistrimit dhe mbrojtjes ligjore t\u00eb risive t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AmCham Albania and the General Directorate of Industrial Property Sign Cooperation Agreement to Safeguard Innovation in Business<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The American Chamber of Commerce in Albania and the General Directorate of Industrial Property have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at enhancing awareness and strengthening the capacity of member businesses in the area of industrial property. The agreement was signed by AmCham\u2019s Executive Director, Mr. Neritan Mullaj, and the Acting Director General of GDIP, Ms. Maria Solis Kapidani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This collaboration is the result of a joint approach to supporting businesses in the process of identifying, protecting, and promoting their innovation-related assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In an increasingly competitive market, industrial property rights \u2014 including trademarks, invention patents, and utility models \u2014 have become strategic assets for every enterprise. Recognizing the importance of preserving these assets, AmCham and GDIP will align their efforts through this agreement to provide more information, practical support, and development opportunities for Albanian businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agreement foresees a series of concrete actions, including the provision of technical consultancy by GDIP experts for AmCham member companies, the organization of professional training and informative sessions on topics related to industrial property, as well as joint roundtable discussions with market actors to explore challenges and opportunities in this field. The agreement will also promote joint projects to help enterprises understand the importance of registering and legally protecting their innovations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
