Prezantimi i projektligjit t\u00eb ri p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave personale i cili ka ndryshime q\u00eb e p\u00ebrafrojn\u00eb me legjislacionin europian duke marr\u00eb n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb dhe zhvillimet teknologjike dhe digjiale n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat operon biznesi, u mir\u00ebprit nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kishin mjaft pyetje n\u00eb lidhje me zbatimin n\u00eb praktik\u00eb t\u00eb ligjit dhe detyrimet q\u00eb rrjedhin prej tij. Drejtori Ekzekutiv i AmCham theksoi r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e takimeve informuese dhe pun\u00ebn q\u00eb po b\u00ebn AmCham p\u00ebrmes Axhend\u00ebs s\u00eb Investimeve p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb ambjent t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr biznesin dhe investitor\u00ebt, pjes\u00eb e s\u00eb cilit \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe puna p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb ambjent t\u00eb sigurt\u00eb n\u00eb procesimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave p\u00ebrmes njohjes ligjore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dhoma Amerikane i parapriu eventit duke organizuar nj\u00eb pyet\u00ebsor me an\u00ebtar\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar nivelin e informimit t\u00eb tyre dhe c\u00ebshtjet q\u00eb donin t\u00eb trajtonin me Zyr\u00ebn e Komisionerit p\u00ebr Informim dhe t\u00eb Dh\u00ebnat Personale. Albana Karapanco, Kryetare e Komitetit Ligjor, Rregullator dhe IPR, duke folur mbi rezultatet e pyet\u00ebsorit informoi se mbi 50 p\u00ebr qind e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve ju p\u00ebrgjigj\u00ebn pyet\u00ebsorit duke treguar se kishin informacion mbi ndryshimet ligjore por nuk ishin t\u00eb informuar p\u00ebr zbatimin teknik n\u00eb praktik\u00eb t\u00eb dispozitave ligjore dhe kishin nevoj\u00ebn e informimit dhe trajnimeve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shum\u00eb nga pyetjet e ngritura nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebt n\u00eb pyet\u00ebsor, mor\u00ebn p\u00ebrgjigje nga prezantimi i Besa Velaj, e cila u p\u00ebrq\u00ebndrua jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb ndryshimet ligjore q\u00eb po p\u00ebsonte ligji por edhe statusin e momentit i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb konsultim e sip\u00ebr me strukturat e BE \u2013 s\u00eb.
