The Technical Committee of Experts has drafted\na plan to facilitate the measures. The plan sets out to open up activities with\nmore impact on the economy and less risk. Each opening will have strict\nprotocols. The facilitation will have four phases, according to the guidelines\ndrafted by the WHO. Although the Covid 19 crisis has made\nfinancing difficult in foreign markets due to the growing interest rate trend,\nthe Ministry of Finance will continue to issue Eurobonds. Official sources from\nthe Ministry of Finance claimed that the value of the issued Eurobond will reach\n650 million euros from about 500 million euros originally planned by the\nMinistry of Finance and 600 million euros that became the amount later. The\nMinistry of Finance expects to materialize the issuance of the Eurobond within\nthe summer of this year, or the maximum within 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Committee on Economy and Finance discussed\nin principle this Wednesday the draft law “On collective investment\nventures” by receiving comments from stakeholders on opportunities to make\nimprovements.
