Prime Minister Edi Rama told parliament that within May Albania will be\nfully open, while the country will be preparing for the new tourist season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From January 2021, banks report to the BoA\nthe names of the 20 largest borrowers \u2013 Monitor.al<\/em><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting from January next year, commercial banks in our country will\nreport every three months to the Bank of Albania the 20 largest borrowers.\nReporting is being done in the context of amending the Regulation on Large\nExhibitions which is currently in the consultation phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tenders, in 2019 businesses complained\nprocedures with a total limit fund of 243 million euros \u2013 Monitor.al<\/em><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Economic operators who assessed that the conditions set in the tenders\ndid not treat them equally, or the evaluation of bids was not fair, have filed\na complaint with the Public Procurement Commission. In total, the limit fund\nfor all the appealed procedures is over 243 million euros, which is 27 percent\nof the total procurement fund that was developed in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fine of 50 thousand ALL for employers who do\nnot apply for financial assistance to employees \u2013 Monitor.al<\/em><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Council of Ministers has\ndecided<\/a> to fine employers who do\nnot apply for financial assistance to their employees with an amount of 50\nthousand ALL. This administrative measure is sanctioned in some changes and\nadditions to the normative act no.3, dated 15.3.202020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
