Q\u00ebllimi i komitetit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb monitoroj\u00eb vazhdimisht dhe t\u00eb bashk\u00ebveproj\u00eb me organet rregullatore t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me rregullat dhe praktikat e tyre. Ai synon t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb n\u00eb krijimin e nj\u00eb kuadri ligjor t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm, duke ofruar informacion dhe rekomandime p\u00ebr institucionet dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebt p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs. Ai informon dhe edukon an\u00ebtar\u00ebt mbi zhvillimet n\u00eb lidhje me legjislacionin n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e duhur, duke d\u00ebrguar informacion ligjor \u00e7do tremujor. Komiteti gjithashtu lobon, rrit nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimin dhe harton strategji mbi \u00e7\u00ebshtjet q\u00eb lidhen me t\u00eb drejtat e pron\u00ebsis\u00eb intelektuale. Komiteti gjithashtu mbulon proceset e prokurimit publik dhe punon ngusht\u00eb me komitete t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n

Ndryshimet n\u00eb legjislacion dhe rregullore ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb operacionet e biznesit, dhe Komiteti Rregullator, Ligjor dhe i t\u00eb Drejtave t\u00eb Pron\u00ebsis\u00eb Intelektuale i ndihmon an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e AmCham me ekspertiz\u00ebn e tij, duke ofruar jo vet\u00ebm informacion t\u00eb azhurnuar, por edhe rrug\u00eb dialogu dhe bashk\u00ebpunimi me t\u00eb gjitha institucionet rregullatore q\u00eb zbatojn\u00eb k\u00ebto ndryshime.<\/p>\n
